Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
Smart Analytics does not process personal data on behalf of others. No controller-processor relationship exists. Full explanation inside.
Refund Policy
There is nothing to refund. The tool is free. No payments are collected, no credit cards stored.
Master Service Agreement (MSA)
The Terms of Service serve as the service agreement. There is no paid contract because there is no payment. The Terms cover your rights and mine.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
No SLA. The tool is free with no uptime guarantees. Reasonable efforts are made to keep it running but outages can happen.
Cyber Liability and Transparency
The tool scans public pages only. It does not perform security testing. Results are informational, not definitive assessments.
AI Disclosure
This tool uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) for competitor analysis and certain features. AI results are labeled and may be inaccurate.
Affiliate Disclosure
Some recommendations may include affiliate links. This does not influence scores or analysis. Disclosed when applicable.
