These Terms of Service govern your use of Smart Analytics (smartanalytics.site), operated by Sachin ("I", "me"). By using this tool, you agree to these terms.

1. What this tool is

Smart Analytics is a free website analysis tool. It scans publicly available web pages and provides SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) scores, recommendations, keyword suggestions, and competitor analysis. It is provided for informational purposes only.

2. Cost

Smart Analytics is free to use. There is no paid tier, no subscription, no hidden charges, and no credit card required. I do not collect payment information of any kind.

3. No account required

You do not need to create an account, provide an email address, or log in to use the core tool. Optional features (weekly reports) may ask for an email address, which is provided voluntarily.

4. Accuracy and limitations

This tool provides estimates and scores based on automated analysis of publicly accessible HTML. Results are approximations, not guarantees. Specifically:

  • SEO and AEO scores are estimates based on detectable signals. They do not guarantee search engine rankings.
  • Traffic estimates are approximations based on public rank data. Only the site owner has exact traffic numbers.
  • Competitor suggestions are AI-generated and may not always be accurate or complete.
  • Keyword suggestions are generated programmatically and do not include verified search volume data.
  • Core Web Vitals shown are approximated from page load timing, not from 28-day Chrome field data.
  • The tool scans a single page at a time, not an entire website.

No score, recommendation, or result from this tool should be treated as professional SEO advice. Use results as a starting point for your own research.

5. AI disclosure

This tool uses artificial intelligence (Gemini by Google) for competitor discovery and certain analytical features. AI-generated results are labeled as such. AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading outputs. You should verify AI-generated information independently before acting on it.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the tool to scan private, internal, or unauthorized systems
  • Attempt to overload, disrupt, or abuse the service
  • Scrape, reproduce, or resell the tool's output at scale without permission
  • Use results to harass, defame, or harm other website owners
  • Bypass rate limits through automated means

7. Provided "as is"

Smart Analytics is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. I do not warrant that the tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or free from harmful components. I make no guarantees about uptime, response time, or availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this tool. This includes, but is not limited to: lost revenue, lost rankings, business interruption, or any actions taken based on the tool's results. My total liability to you for any claim arising from this service is zero dollars ($0), reflecting the zero cost of the service.

9. Availability and downtime

I make reasonable efforts to keep the tool available but do not guarantee any specific uptime percentage, response time, or service level. The tool may be unavailable due to maintenance, hosting issues, third-party service outages, or other reasons beyond my control. There is no SLA (Service Level Agreement) because there is no paid contract.

10. Intellectual property

The Smart Analytics tool, its code, design, scoring algorithms, and content are my intellectual property. Your use of the tool does not grant you ownership of any part of it. You are free to share your own report results however you wish.

11. Third-party services

This tool relies on third-party services including Google Gemini API, Tranco, and others. I do not control these services and am not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or terms. Links to external websites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

12. Affiliate disclosure

Some recommendations within the tool may include affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, I may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence the audit scores or analysis. I will always disclose when a recommendation is affiliated.

13. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the tool after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
