What this tool does

Smart Analytics analyzes publicly accessible web pages and provides an educational report about their search engine optimization status. It works the same way a web browser does: it requests a public URL and reads the response.

Acceptable use

You may use this tool to:

• Analyze websites you own or manage
• Analyze publicly accessible competitor websites for research purposes
• Learn about SEO and AEO best practices
• Generate reports for clients or team members

You may not use this tool to:

• Attempt to overload or disrupt any website
• Scan websites you know have restricted automated access
• Collect personal information from scanned pages
• Use the results for illegal purposes
• Resell access to this tool as your own product

Scanning competitor websites

Analyzing publicly accessible competitor websites is standard practice in search engine optimization and digital marketing. Tools like Google PageSpeed Insights, Semrush, Ahrefs, and Moz all provide similar functionality.

Our tool only accesses publicly visible pages. It does not bypass login walls, authentication, or access controls of any kind. It makes a single request per scan and identifies itself via its user-agent string.

No guarantees

The scores and recommendations provided are educational and based on publicly available information about how search engines work. They are not guarantees of ranking improvement. Search engine algorithms are proprietary and change frequently.

We update our scoring methodology weekly to reflect current best practices, but no tool can guarantee specific search engine results.

Availability

This tool is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uptime or availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Rate limits

To protect both our infrastructure and the websites being scanned, usage is limited to 10 scans per hour per user. Attempting to circumvent rate limits may result in temporary access restrictions.

Intellectual property

The Smart Analytics scoring methodology, knowledge base, and interface are our work. The reports you generate are yours to use however you wish.

Liability

Smart Analytics is provided without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on our reports, changes in search rankings, or any indirect damages arising from use of this tool.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted with an updated date.
