What we check
AI content disclosure laws we check
Three laws now require websites to label AI-generated content. If your site uses AI to create text, images, or video, you may be legally required to disclose this. We check:
🇮🇳 India IT Rules 2026 (SGI)
All synthetically generated information must carry prominent labels and persistent metadata that cannot be stripped.
🇪🇺 EU AI Act Article 50
AI-generated content must be marked in a machine-readable format. Effective August 2, 2026.
🇺🇸 California AI Transparency Act (CAITA)
Large GenAI providers must embed tamper-evident provenance data in AI-generated media. Effective August 2, 2026.
How it works
- 1You enter any website URL and click "Vulnerability Check"
- 2We scan the site's publicly visible security signals (headers, source code, file paths)
- 3You see your security score on screen, but specific vulnerabilities are kept private
- 4Download your private PDF report with every vulnerability listed and step-by-step fixes
- 5Use the AI Fix Prompt to get exact code fixes from ChatGPT or Claude
Why specific issues are only in the PDF
Showing vulnerabilities on screen would give attackers a roadmap to exploit your site. Your full breakdown with exact issues and fixes is only available in a downloadable PDF that only you can access. We never store your results on our servers.
What this is (and what it isn't)
This is a security configuration check, not a penetration test. We read what is publicly visible on your site (headers, source code, file paths) and flag known misconfigurations, exposed secrets, and compliance gaps.
We do not attempt to exploit vulnerabilities, inject payloads, scan ports, or access anything behind authentication. Think of it as checking if your doors are locked, not trying to break them down.
A clean report does not guarantee your site is unhackable. It means we did not find common misconfigurations in what is publicly visible. For deeper security testing, consult a professional penetration testing firm.
What we don't do
- • We don't attempt to exploit vulnerabilities
- • We don't scan ports or run intrusive tests
- • We don't access password-protected areas
- • We don't store your results or share them with anyone
- • We only read what is publicly visible (same as a browser)
Who this is for
- • Website owners who want to know if their site is safe
- • Developers checking security before launch
- • Businesses checking AI content compliance
- • Freelancers running security audits for clients
- • Anyone curious about what is exposed on their site
Frequently asked
Is it really free?
Yes. No signup, no email, no credit card. Full security report every time.
Can I scan someone else's site?
You can scan any public URL. By using the tool, you confirm you are the site owner or have authorization.
Is this the same as a penetration test?
No. We only check publicly visible signals. A penetration test actively tries to break in. We just read what is already exposed.
What if I find critical issues?
The PDF report includes step-by-step fix instructions for every issue. You can also use the AI Fix Prompt to get exact code from ChatGPT.
Do you store my results?
No. Everything is generated in your browser and the PDF is created locally. Nothing is saved on our servers.
How often should I scan?
After every major change to your site, and at least once a month. Security misconfigurations can be introduced by updates or new deployments.
Also available: full SEO and AEO audit
Smart Analytics also provides a complete SEO and AEO (AI Engine Optimization) audit alongside the vulnerability check. Same tool, two buttons. Check your rankings AND your security in one scan.
